I'd say for Gustavo is worth like £90k p/w, max £100k if we really are reforming our wage structure to todays values. I highly doubt other big clubs are paying their defensive mids over £100k. Theo is reportedly on £100-£110k p/w.

Didn't say they couldn't pay it, most top flight clubs could afford to pay that amount to a single player if they really wanted, but why would you pay that for Gustavo? A work a day defensive midfielder who is currently on half that, and wouldn't get anywhere near that elsewhere. Stupid, stupid, stupid.
