Look it doesn't matter what spin you put on it this season was another waste.
In a season where Wenger could have spent real money in the summer he didn't, instead relying on his usual last minute special.
In a season where our traditionally strongest rivals were all weakened.
In a season where we raced off the blocks thanks to a favourable fixture list giving us an excellent start.
In a season which Wenger again went with his preferred modus operandi and refused to do what was necessary in the January window.
In a season where Liverpool did get all of the above right and consigned all the spurious excuses about "financial doping to the rubbish bin along with all of Wengers other idiotic theories, and will deservedly scoop their reward.
Even if we do lift the FA cup, I will greet it with more a sense of relief that he hasn't quite managed to consign us into obscurity yet.
But in no sense will this be a successful season season unless he retires at the end of it!
