Looking back on it i think for me the best thing about this season has been getting to watch Ozil every week.

I say being top of the league for months was the best. Plus we looked really solid at the back and had some gutsy performances like both Spurs games, Newcastle away, West Ham away, Cardiff at home.

When the season's done;

Again, I agree with Ofty. Has been swell to actually be in a title race all the way up to mid March. Seeing Özil has been just a notch below that for me.

We beat Spurs every season to be fair. We have certainly not had the thrill of talking about the title for 7 months in a LONG time.

Can't understand why people would get any pleasure from our league campaign, just because we were ahead for a time
I mean it's just like being 2-0 up in a game but end up being beaten 4-2 what's so fucking great about that?

For me its our FA cup run- And it ain't over yet. 🙂

Everton has some really tough fixtures after us too, while we have done away with/lost all our on paper toughest ones. They will most likely drop quite a few points.

highlight for me was beating spurs and signing ozil within 24 hours. i knew nothing would top that this season.
