It's a dynamic league, "not doing any damage" is not good enough, there are other teams who want to take advantage.
Moyes is the manager it's his responsibility the buck stops with him.
Read again, by not doing any damage what I mean is that United are suffering for weaknesses that have been in place for two seasons now. The fact that Ferguson has gone and van Persie hasn't quite hit form has made things worse.
Of course Moyes could do better and I think he's out of his depth anyway but there have been problems for a while now.
