Said that Arsenal don't 'play the game' with agents and sharks (as he put it) like other teams do which makes negotiations take longer and means that other teams can hijack the deal because they grease the right palms. Then continued and said that he admires the Arsenal stance and would like to see them keep it, but he understands that in reality we have to do what everyone else is doing.
I know that to be factually correct in some instances although I can't claim to know if that has been the issue in the last couple of windows.
