Yeah?

I hope, he doesn't literally follow Diaby into our medical ward.
Many similarities here - both the players are tall and physically strong. Both have looked good whenever they have had a run of games only to get injured again for long periods.
We all start out as children.
Yeah, but, the probability of that is one.
As opposed to the probability of someone claiming the wish to follow a particular player having the exact attributes why that player is rubbish and also sharing some of the key good attributes.
Does anyone know how big a compensation fee has to be paid to Auxerre for this transfer?
If we assume Auxerre to be a cat.1 club (I can't be arsed looking it up), it is 630k euros.
So about £540k.
Actually, I fucked that up.
It will be 480k euros, so about £410k.
Cheers Captain. Hopefully he can overcome his injury problems and fulfill his potential with us.
... so we can then sell him to a petro club for £25m.
Looks an interesting prospect this guy. He's all skin and bone at the moment - when he beefs out a bit he's gonna be tank.

Anelka mk2? I'll take it! Even better if we use the money to buy the Henry mk2 out there.
Even better again if he wins us the double like Anelka.
Saw some of his videos. His most impressive attribute is his first touch.

Good to hear.
It must be impressive since his physique is lauded.
He is tall and gangly. I don't think, he'd bully around Premier League defenders with his physique.
In any case, a player who has been in the treatment tables for the best part of two years and someone whose highest level of experience is French League 2 will need time in the Premier League and that too at a club with high expectations.
He is clearly one for the future.

Decent second touch too by the looks.
He'll go far.
If we get him cheap it'd be great. We don't have an exciting young striker to bring off the bench or play in cups these days so I'm all for it.

Would love to see Akpom next season as well. He looks like he has some promise.
Wouldn't surprise me if that's us done in the striker front. Giroud and Sanogo competing upfront next season.
He scored his last goal for Auxerre, last night. A really clever finish past the goalkeeper.
He's pretty damn Adebayoresque isn't he.
I really like the best bits that we're seeing from him.
As long as his body doesn't fall apart over the next few seasons I'd be thinking he's going to become a force.

I think we will sign Sanogo plus another striker
Auxerre chairman Guy Cotret told a French radio station: “He will only loan him back to us if he considers the player is not ready to join his team after the pre-season preparations. Otherwise he will not loan him.”
This suggests that Wenger hopes to buy him for the first team.
How does it suggest that at all?
Go on Clrnc, tell him
Personally, and its just a hunch, i think that it means he will only loan him back if he considers the player is not ready to join the Arsenal first team after the pre-season preparations. Otherwise he will not loan him.

I think, you might be on to something here.
if he intended for him to be with the u21s next season his performance in pre-season wouldn't matter.
A lot of it comes down to pre-season preparations imo. If the player isn't ready after that he could end up going back on loan.
He said something similar about fringe players during pre-season last year.
Then Eisfeld played well in pre-season - but apart from the C1 Cup first team experience he sank back into reserves limbo.
The "C1 cup"

She's off to 'nam this summer
Even though it's a three-week drive that ends with a boat trip on an oil tanker. Such commitment!
How does this guy compare to Joel Campbell?
Or Wellington for that matter?
