Aren't they out of the equation now? Surely Man City own all of the rights to Tevez, otherwise the transfer wouldn't have been allowed in England. Especially after the West Ham vs. Sheffield fiasco.
ownership has served its purpose in terms of capital gains. they can continue to make money off tevez through agent fees - taking a large commission out of transfer fees, wages and bonuses. these guys are sharks. part of the reason wages for guys like Tevez and Falcao have to be so large is that they are feeding many mouths.
