Malaysia vs Chelsea HT 0-0. over 70k supporters at the stadium, looks like we are the least popular on the clubs that went to Malaysia. We only managed slightly more than 60k. Liverpool had virtually a full house of 90k.

The journalist seems to have missed the point though; the money isn't saved by needing a smaller squad, afterall you just throw a couple of youths on there if needs be, it's because bonuses are paid to the matchday eighteen irrespective of participation on the pitch.
