Oscar is absolutely top class. You can see that right away.

The only player that is even remotely close to the Brazilians technically is Joe Allen. Been quite good in midfield. Doesn't look out of place. Brazil will be better than Spain in no time with these players, but thats not to say those Spanish wonderkids are slouch
