Come on City! Although I wouldn't be totally gutted with a draw either.

A draw would be great. Would mean that we'd be three points ahead of City with a game in hand and only two behind United if we win against Wolves.

Yaya Toure is so incredibly strong. Strongest player in the League?

Also wondering, Djourou or Kompany - who would you have?

Djourou. Higher ceiling in my opinion. I think Kompany would get found out if he'd played in a team that doesn't have three defensive midfielders protecting the back four. He does a lot of stupid things on the field.

I'm disappointed in City, by the way. They've barely been over the halfway line today. They play like a team that can't believe their luck to be where they are in the table rather than a team that wants to challenge for the title.

Edit:

Fuck. City bottling it?

Nani 1-0. Kompany abandons the offside line for some reason and Zabaleta, as we already know, is a shit defender.

Lescott, Zabaleta and then Hart were all awful there.

Why the hell is Kolarov playing as an attacker?

Game over, it's one thing being defensive, it's another relying on a fucking full back, Silva and Tevez to beat the entire United defence. Knowing Mancini he's probably giving the damage limitation speach right about now.

Lets see what City are made of. If they get get United under pressure I think they're good enough to score against them.

Neither team has had any sort of control in the midfield; it's amazing really. City's frontline is unbelievably lopsided too.

Did City have a shot on target in the first half? I can't remember van der Sar making a single save.

Mancini is a coward. He was last season and has been every time it's mattered this season.

City are good enough to beat United here. They're handicapping themselves.

Why is Kolo Toure on the bench? Don't tell me he's been dropped for Lescott.

Oh shit, I've just seen that early Silva chance. Gotta finish that!

Seen the goal three times now and I just don't get what Kompany is doing. Why is he fifteeen yards deeper than anyone else? They could've played Nani offside but instead he's up one on one against Zabaleta, who would have been a mediocre defender in the Championship.

Kompany has stupid moments like that. It's why i'd personally take Djourou over him, who I feel has less of them.

Lescott has got to be winning headers against midget man Rooney, though.

Come on City, you really can win this if you sort yourself out. United are crap.

I hate Mancini.

SWP on, trips over himself within 30 seconds.

I suspect thats a good indication of whats to come.

I think we're probably seeing here why so many of us don't rate City as serious title contenders, more top 4 at the moment. They lack a real top manager, and probably real top class players, too, or at least those players lack the needed belief. United are so painfully average, Chelsea could really hurt them home and away if they get their act together.

Come on City prove me wrong!
