It's about the size of the Cazorla transfer. I suspect he's it for the summer though as far as attacking players are concerned.

I don't know because I've never seen any hard facts, but Barca owe a lot of people money due to their poor economy. Two years ago they had to take huge bank loans to even be able to pay out salaries. They have been lagging behind for years. Some Spanish clubs used to make a bit of fuss about it. Valencia in particular still haven't been compensated fully for David Villa, or hadn't by the time he was sold to Atletico Madrid at least.

Think we'd heard a lot more about it if this was the case. They probably just offered a structured deal over several years and we accepted it.
