they sure love to talk about that anfield beatdown. well we played them 3 times this past season and won two. they aren't special in beating us down at their ground. at least we won something. they haven't won a real trophy since 2006.

I am not very confident, got a bad feeling about this one stumbling at the last moment. I guess it stems from how we have been handling transfers (reportedly) over the last few years.

It will be great if we can close this out.

By closing this deal, not only will we add a top class player but also revive some faith fans have in our transfer dealings. Not that it makes any difference to the club as such, but just makes life on the internet as an Arsenal fan much easier 🙂
