He's not costing us less. We're just subtracting what those cats owe us, reducing what we get for Fabregas, Song et al.

I only say what twitter says. I know a most of it BS, but if follow divergent news sources, and watch the timelines of news originating a lot of can be ascertained.

I meant the same claud! What i was inferring is that IMO it would be possible to get Sanchez as well as a few other top signings

I think that's a good point. Say arsenal were expecting only 3 million in installation payments this year from Barca. Instead, they'll essentially be receiving everything they're owed this year if its cut from the Sánchez deal. Leaving more money for other signings this year. Over the long term obviously its the same thing financially.

I fear that it will be the scouser a laughing after this one. Just can't see us winning this transfer battle. Very nervous about the outcome of this deal, I personally think he'll explode in the PL.

He won't go to Liverpool over us. Especially if they sell their best player to get him.

Worried that someone else might come in and take him (Juve, United etc.) but not concerned one bit about Liverpool.

I think this is unlikely now..Juve are a better proposition for him, and if United get involved they will easily blow us away money wise

I don't see him going to United for a few reasons. Juve is possible if they have the money. Thats a big if though.

I read the other day that Vidal's and Pogba's wages combined is still less than what Ashley Young earns at United. Whether Sanchez's best mate is at Juventus or not; money talks. Not sure Sanchez would want to spend (at least) a year out of the Champions League at United either, despite the mountain load of cash they'd undoubtedly offer him. I think we can get him if we want him, and I think we'd be able to pay him top money as well.

Beyond some dodgy Sport article there is nothing credible about Sanchez to Juve. They are hard up on cash. Moggi said yesterday Morata could sign and they are negotiating with Verona to buy Iturbe but Verona only want money. Juventus have limited resources. Verona want 30m euros for Iturbe and the only reason they are able to come to a higher bid (still not the 30m euro amount) for him is because the difference in cost per annum for the player's expense as compared to Sanchez is a lot cheaper. Juventus bid 20m euros for Sanchez and didn't come back after. Our bid if accurate in amount is already higher than the 30m euro amount they are not willing to pay for the cheaper wage wise Iturbe let alone Sanchez.

Even if we get Sanchez, highly doubt we are getting Schneiderlin. He has been available (presumably) for a while now and Wenger either doesn't like him enough or is (more likely) balking at the price.
