I think the match FA Cup game in which Theo played up front was one of our most fluid performances of the season. When there is a lot of movement and interchanging up top is when we look most threatening. Unfortunately with Giroud it can't happen. Incidentally Theo got injured in that match, else we may have seen him play there more in the 2nd half in my opinion.

I wouldn't be averse to the idea of Theo up top if we can get in a player of the quality of Sanchez.

Yep, we also looked excellent whenever Gervinho played up top, let alone Theo. A really mobile forward would make a huge difference.

We did. We always looked fluid and dangerous, and we attacked with pace. Our attacking play was far better with Gervinho at point IMO. Much better to watch too.

Gervinho did certain things very well when he was on his game, but even then you had moments like this to counter the good:

That whole game he was atrocious. He played well up top in about 2-3 games, and even then he missed some ridiculous chances.

I agree that our attacked looked excellent and was dangerous with him as the focal point because the entire attack was full of pace and fluid.

He is actually a really good footballer - when he is high on confidence. Unfortunately that seems to go very easily, and then he is quite rubbish.
