Internacional president says Damiao will join Spurs.

Meanwhile, Fernandinho is very close to joining City 🙁

not on the pitch.

Well, we have 1 loss in our last 12 in the league or something like that, and a good percentage are wins. It seems clear that the squad has gelled, and they are of late playing like a team. We still lack quality, but for the first time in ages we are approaching a summer where we do not look like losing someone really important apart from Sagna.
So, I'd say we are making progress on the pitch as well.

in the last 12 games? i'm talking about the last 4-5 years, where we've gradually and steadily declined. we're also playing arguably the worst football ever under wenger. this is "progress" to you...?

as for not losing someone really important - we're not losing anyone, because we don't have any really important players on rvp's or cesc' level.

And yet you expect me to be 100% literal....

TBF Shakhtar do have a better CL record.

Most clubs have a better CL record than City.

Bundesliga side Hamburg have denied that they have received an offer from Arsenal for their 28-year old Rene Adler.
The general manager of the club, Frank Arnesen, told Bild thatthey had had no contact.
“It’s obviously a fact Arsenal FC is on the search for a goalkeeper. But thus far no-one from Arsenal FC has been in touch with our club.
”Adler himself said, “I am under contract with Hamburg, but for every professional it will be a pleasure and an honour to get linked with a club like this.
“This is flattering. It will obviously hand me more motivation. I will not lose my focus.”

Hmmm. It's obviously a fact? How does he know that?
If we're going for a keeper it's Cesar or Adler I reckon

Cesar is on 90k a week

Will need to take a size-able cut

I sincerely hope we told Cesar to **** himself when he turned us down to go to QPR.

Cesar's not been very good. Do not want.

I prefer Mignolet to Begovic

What about Krul? Do we rate him as an Arsenal number 1?

Not Krul, I don't think he's good enough. And I'm sure there are questions over his fitness too.

Krul is great, but yeah question mark about his fitness.

Newcastle really struggled without him. I like Guzan as well.

If Newcastle go down i can see a fire sale happening.

Some of those French lads have got to be leaving. I would have taken Cabaye in a second, but I'm not as sure now. Ramsey has been playing well, and I think we need a more physically dominant option to rotate between him, Ramsey and Mikel.

I would take Coloccini though. Is he still playing? What's his story now?

We should go for Krul and Cabaye. Also, is Coloccini out of contract this summer? He'd be a decent backup.

Colocinni wants to go back to Argie land don't he?
