Spurs' record against United and at Old Trafford is beyond awful, but they were nearly 1-0 up there. Van der Vaart thumped a shot off the post from the edge of the area. Looks like it could be a good game.

This is one game I don't mind Spurs winning.

Tottenham are just a poor man's United; game is awful.

Spurs are so ordinary. Mid table shite.

Bale, Modric and Van der vaart are quality players to be fair but they have no striker and their midfield is average as they come.

was on the phone, what just happened?

wtf happened there? 😃

I don't see what was wrong with that goal.

Nothing having seen the whole incident now.

Nani dived and grabbed the ball with his hands while on the floor. Gomez was a tit and assumed it was a free kick but it wasnt so Nani scored. Can only assume the ref played advantage when Gomez initially picked it up.

That was worse than Fabianski vs Porto

Scrap that, just seen the handball. 😆

The handball should have been called but thats not for Gomes to decide, the ref missed it and him trying to take an imaginary free kick is just crazy

I think I despise Nani more than any other player now.
Diving cheating unbelievable arrogance waving imaginary cards, he has it all in his repertoire.
If Gallas did one good thing it was kicking the twat about 4ft in the air during that FA cup game at OT.

Nani is a despicable player alright. The only one to blame for the goal is Gomes though. I mean, sure, it's a handball, but if the ref doesn't see it then he doesn't see it. You don't stop playing unless he blows the whistle. It's not like it's Clattenburg's job to remind the players that he hasn't blown. Gomes is an idiot and Spurs got punished for his mistake. I'm not a huge fan of Clattenburg but I don't think he did much wrong there. The way people have been on his back the past few days you'd swear he'd just given away the Champions League final. In reality it wasn't even the deciding goal.

What do you mean Klaus? It was the worst decision. Ever.

Well, it must have been; Harry Redknapp said it was. I love Spurs, the only thing they're better than us at is shooting themselves in the foot.

😆 You're right Klaus, if it was anyone else I'd be outraged that the FA allowed Man Utd to cheat them.
When you remember the Mendes "goal" Spurs might think twice about laying down for Man Utd like they usually do.

I wish we could profit from a controversial incident against them, I'd like that very much.

If I'm not mistaken that was Clattenberg as well wasn't it Biggus?
