It doesn't apply if we're buying him, but it means that Arsenal don't need to offer as much as other clubs so it could make bidding interesting.
For example, PSG offer 40m, Arsenal offer 20m, in both cases Barca would only receive 20m due to the 50% sell on clause (PSG's other 20m would go to us).
