Does Shava have another year to run?

Nah his contract is definitely up.
Surprised we haven't heard anything about his next club, I expected some speculation in the media.
I wonder if Wenger would ever contemplate a 3-5-2 system similar to Juve's (or indeed Fiorentina's).
Defo need another centreback if he does
Would be interesting
Talking of fiorentina. Please can we have ljajic and Valero? I'll be really good for a couple of weeks,
Been secretly hoping for a double deal involving Jovetic and Ljajic this summer. Probably not very realistic but Ljajic is a class footballer. He looks like the real deal to me.

Would love it if we do.
Ljajic is a one level below Isco.
Gutted Isco is going to City, such a world class talent.
Reckon either him or Ashley Williams are going to be our first summer signings.

I recon ljajic is better
I like that Bernard guy who is supposed to be going to Dortmund. Tiny little guy, but would take him here.
I've only seen him 8 or 9 times but yep looks decent
Behave yourself.
No mention at all about the likelihood of us signing Jovetic in this round-up from Gazetta dello Sport.
There's so many attacking players available this summer, jovetic would be at the lower end of my wishlist.
I love Marchisio, but 30m is steep.
At this stage everybody is always definitely leaving their clubs, but reality is that majority will stay where they are.
This stage is just brainstorming.
Literally no chance that Juventus will sell Marchisio. He's viewed as the new Tardelli in Turin.
I was surprised to see his name listed. And when was Vidal on the market? Hasn't he been brilliant this year?
And is De Rossi 100% leaving Roma? I've not seen any rumours about him recently.
Yeah, can't see that happen either. My guess is that the transfer speculation is mostly based on the fact that he's the highest paid player in the league and has spent much of the season injured or playing below par. The performances could largely be explained by Zeman's management in my opinion. I wasn't surprised when he was sacked in february.
The Montenegrin has been widely linked with a move away from the club, with Arsenal leading the race for his signature, but the 57-year-old says nothing will be decided until after they face Pescara next week.
“At the end of the season, as I promised him, he will be able to have his say about whether he wants to stay or go," he told La Nazione.
“We’ll look to keep all of our best players. But only after the Pescara match will the ‘season’ start for sporting director Daniele Prade and technical director Eduardo Macia.
“Last summer we promised him that the squad would qualify for Europe and we managed to do that. We’ll wait for another week and then he’ll also be able to give us his thoughts.”
Hmmm :hmm:
According to Luca Toni
As quoted on the Sky Sports website, he said: “Stevan feels the Fiorentina fans treat him without love.
“Everybody says that the player’s struggles will end when he starts scoring again.
“The way I see it in this difficult period is that Jovetic is only supported when he is making a difference on the field. At the moment, there is no enthusiasm towards him – he does not feel loved.”
Shades of Wenger transfers circa 1999.
All he has to do is score four against Liverpool and it's plain sailing here for at least three years. No problem.
Feeling cynical about a move for Jovetic, Captain?
I'm not really fussed either way.
Either way? I ain't fussed too.
Current value of transfer fees for new Arsenal players, supposedly already agreed: £43m :hmm:

Who else is supposedly already agreed?
This one feels like it's got legs.
It's the worst kept 'secret' since Podolski.

I've seen various bullshit articles saying Higuain is agreed for 22m€ (see thread).
Would be a good way to start the summer.
Will be interesting to see how we're lining up next season.
I dont think we'll change system.
He'll try to squeeze Jovetic into it
A striker in the hole could be great, would completely change how the system plays imo.
Plus Jovetic is a genius, will get the fans excited.
