Hunter says we have always been on Monreal's case, wanted to sign him in the summer but couldn't wait any longer now given Gibbs injury.

Not all last min signings are bad, Monreal has been quality for a few years now

Presumably the press conference is, in fact, obligatory and the first thing they ask anyone signing for PSG is the money.
