I don't think anybody here has said that. It's just that some of us have reservations regarding his ability to be a success here due to the reasons outlined. We all still want Wenger to buy but we would prefer someone else eg Jovetic, Cavani, Falcao, etc however unrealistic that sounds.
Failing that, pay for an established Ba, buy a Diame or find a Michu and we all will be happier.
As to the premiership no longer being rough, i beg to differ, but that's a major discussion point on it's own.
