He's not though. He's an ok player with an awful injury record. We need rid of him ASAP.

IMO Diaby is very similar to Yaya Toure when he is on form. Very rare to have the size, power, pace and technical level that those two have.

Needless to say that Yaya Toure performs to a high standard every week and the other one, even when injury free, is too hit and miss. I can totally understand why Wenger won't give up on Diaby though.

Yaya doesn't go around doing cruyff turns in his own penalty box though does he? Diaby has ability but is so reckless have hte time with the way he uses it. Yes beast of a player on the ball when he is on his game but so often the guy will just fail to understand the value of doing hte simple stuff well.

Either way if you only play 330 minutes a season then who really cares what level your at? Darren Anderton was better than Beckham according to some yet never played as he was perma-crocked.

It's not like Diaby is performing at Yaya's level when he does play either. He has about one good performance in six and is a downright liability half of the time. Think it's utter bullshit to compare the two of them personally.
