Quantum of Solace was by far the weakest imo. That was a clusterfuck of a movie.

Casino Royale was a good reboot of the character. There hasn't been much to be interested in in the other Craig Bond films so far.

Casino Royale is probably the best of the Bond films. It went south really quickly after that though. You gotta wonder what the point was of rebooting the character when he reverted right back to the cliché in the second film.

Skyfall did try though!

First half of Skyfall was alright. Everything from the Q sequence on was utter chod. Sam Mendes did put together some really pretty moments.

Likewise the final act of Quantum of Solace was pretty terrible. I remember nearly falling asleep as that desert palace slowly exploded from one end to the other. I think it goes deeper than the Craig model of Bond in that instance, though, the "enemy headquarters" finales are often a bit shit.

I actually thought Skyfall was the worst of the lot. Jesus what a trainwreck. Quantum of Solace had a houseboat final act but at least it vaguely resembled a film for the most past. Skyfall was essentially Die Another Day all over, but with fancier actors.

Neither of them are any good though, and it's definitely not Craig's fault. As far as Bond portayals go he's by far the best one who's ever played the role. Dalton might be the only one running him close.

The last third of Skyfall basically ripped off Home Alone

The Daniel Craig Bonds are too boring in between the action. There is no joy to those films. Bring back fun Bond.

I don't think I'll bother going to see Spectre now - anyone I've heard speak about it has said it's not worth two and a half hours of cinema time.
