Apparently, the much maligned Glazers have built the most expensive squad in Premier League history if you tally up player's respective transfer fees. Higher than City or Chelsea have had at any point in time. Of course, just looking at the squad, you'd have no idea.

Just goes to show how powerful United actually are. I dread the day they get their backroom staff and manager sorted out, on the same wavelength and start using this power wisely. We will only see better than 4th place in case one of them financially doped powerhouses slips up occasionally.

I'm just glad that we don't play them until November 22. If we were one of their early gamrs, we'd surely be the team yo galvanize them and hand them a maiden victory. Losing to this United team will hurt.
