Anyway, a good manager is a good manager. They can deal with any culture placed upon them. They don't let external things dictate them, it's more the other way round.
When Mourinho took charge of Chelsea a decade ago you argue they had a chavy scummy culture too with likes of Terry and Lampard but he put them in place but more importantly they respected him.
