Noticed as I checked my Fantasy Football and had picked Gerrard this week. Saw he scored 2 penalties and had a -2 for missing one. Thought that surely couldn't be right! 😆

And we couldn't even score against them this season while everyone else is wiping the floor with them at Old Trafford. 🙁

Watched the highlights last night and as annoying as it is that Liverpool keep winning I couldn't help really enjoying seeing United get stuffed at home. Really does make our 2 games against them feel even more depressing though.

I'm beginning to believe Moyes will be booted out before the summer.
If they lose the next two he's gone I reckon.

Wish they win tomorrow but still get knocked out. A result in the derby would be nice too. That should give Moyes until the summer at least.

Weird how certain narratives develop in sport. Recently I've heard and read loads in the press about how hard Rooney is working and that he's been pretty much a one man band this season, busting a gut for Utd and Moyes, and RVP is lazy and gutless and is selling Moyes out.

Yet since Rooney came back from his Christmas injury I've seen him play 4-5 times and he's been utterly diabolical in every single game. Embarrassingly bad at times. No better or worse that RVP.

I think Rooney has been one of the biggest reasons why United can't pass for toffee this season. Always looking for a cross or a long ball that won't amount to anything instead of playing it short and creating a bit of movement. He's gifted but he can be really fucking stupid sometimes. Diaby levels of tunnel vision. It's not just because of Moyes either, he's been like this as long as I can recall. It looks worse than it usually does when the rest of the setup doesn't work though.
