No, subs can never get better than 9 chemistry, and they have that in a 100 chemistry starting team. Which is a decent thing though, since you can bring on anyone regardless of league or position and have them at 9 chemistry.
Red line between strikers and CBs, despite having 10 chemistry each, is bad because they work less well as a pair. Means that CBs make strange runs, and strikers are a lot less likely to get to crosses or tap-ins from his partner's efforts.
I looked into it after qs, I think, made me aware of it. Shouldn't matter too much to you either Dules if you keep winning div.1 all the time. All good.
