So if I understand correctly, if you have the PS3 version of a game you can upgrade to the PS4 version cheaply (presumably via download) without having to buy the full game again? May do that with Fifa if that's the case.

Ah bugger. Will stick with PS3 for Fifa then and get next year's version on PS4. No point buying the same game again.

Back to FUT. Props to EA for sorting it out so quickly. Big dilemma now though! Was given a few gold packs as extra compensation, opened the last one, and out pops a smiling Bitey McRacist. Feel dirty for thinking about using him. 🙁
Problem is, there is a dearth of top class forwards in the PL in my price range even if I sell the fucker.

😆 There's an episodic computer and video game called The Walking Dead, developed by Telltale Games. First season came last year. Second season started this week. Each season consists of 5 episodes released a month apart.

Just like the tv show on AMC it's based on Robert Kirkman's comic with the same name. Rather than copying and dumbing down characters and storylines from the comic the game is merely set in the same universe, though. It's bloody excellent.

Think about your chemistry and get a striker that suits your team. Trying to build on Suarez means buying a load of Liverpool players.

Actually would it not be an IF Suarez at the moment. Surely thats worth heaps.

I don't get the in form thing! How can there be cards of both the player in form and cards with the player not in form? It isn't an IF Suarez anyway. If it was, then yes, it would be worth heaps for some reason. Why are the IF players valued so highly?
QS, you don't need a bunch of Liverpool players. I already went down the PL route, so playing a player from the PL in his right position gives you 10 chemistry which is the maximum.

Well I haven't got 14 yet but 10 chem isn't the be all and end all of chemistry. Like you coul play 2 up top and both have 10 but be say Suarez and Soldado and they wont play as well together as Aguero and Negredo because the latter 2 of the green line between them. Thats been the case in previous versions anyway.

And IFs are more valuable due to higher ratings and rarity.

Even crap players who are in form though sell for stupid money. Who wants an IF Bendtner or Benteke?

10 chemistry makes full use of the players' ratings and bonuses via chemistry cards, right? Since I am controlling the player closest to the action in both defending and attacking - how does the orange line as opposed to the green line between players contribute? Does a CB/forward partner move less well?

Well in 13 there was a serious improvement in movement if you had the green line. The amount of tap ins and getting on the end of deflections shot up with it.

And here I was thinking I was being clever, catching you out for posting about a TV show in a computer games thread. Rookie mistake eh 😆 I have heard about the episodic game but haven't seen it/played it. Maybe I'll have to check it out. Surprised you don't like the TV show, I quite enjoyed it but then again I never read the comics so not comparing it to the depth of story in them.

Managed around an hour of Assassin's Creed 4 today. It's not bad but bears uncanny similarities to FarCry 3.
