That thing with the controller was a problem from the off. I haven't had a problem, yet, but I haven't used my controllers very much either.
If you have a shedload of managers, where their combined negotiating numbers reach 50, then you get 50 percent more games out of every contract. You don't use the managers, you just need them in your club. So, if you don't cheat, then that is a neat thing! Means you don't have to use all the coins you earn in the game for contracts so you can, you know, save up for a better player. If a manager with a 3 percent rating costs about 800 coins and Remy costs 20k+ - that means you are pretty much fucked.
I got used to the cheating on 14 of course, but I just liked the idea that EA would take steps to leveling the playing field a bit more in 15, so I am a tad disappointed.
