I've played the first two worlds of Donkey Kong, Jazz, and while good I prefer Rayman and 3D world blows it out of the water.
Not a big fan of the graphical style that they have gone for and the actual platforming isn't intuitive in my opinion; e.g. there are four button inputs for what could have been done using two. Feels like a bit of a gimmick to increase the difficulty instead of doing it through superior level design. Maybe that problem is alleviated if you play a bit more and get used to it.
In saying that, I've never been a fan of DK games and I only really bought it because it was £32 digitally from Game and I wanted a few more downloads so that I don't have to carry discs to my girlfriend's house.
The time attack and replays from the leaderboard are good additions and it would have been cool if nintendo put that in Mario.
