Contracts are meaningless. We can still get him if we are willing to pay him 15m Euro / year net of tax.
This is part of why I don't buy into this 'more than a club nonsense' that Barca spews. Sure, they develop a lot of their own players, but the wages that they are able to put players on are simply unaffordable to all but about 4 clubs (Real, Anzhi, City, PSG, maybe Chelsea). And it's not like they're not spending on massive transfer fees either to bring in the likes of Cesc, Alexis, etc.
