See you have "seen" him about as much as Giroud - a few youtube clips...
Lewis Holtby Again
how do you know that? Don't pay 10 quid a month for Espn for no reason

Think about Jack during the second half of the 10/11 season when he played further up the field. Not a great deal of goals and assists but he definitely had a big impact on the way we played.
Right. Thanks.
I'm thinking that we won't sign him though.
he's more ramasey than jack imo
It wasn't really a comparison; more of a way to describe how a player can increase the goal threat in the team without contributing much in terms of end product.
ah gotcha!
Most like Chamberlain stylistically, nothing like Ramsey at all.
More like Ramsey stylistically
Watched a couple full games with him. I can see where the Ramsey comparison comes from but he's actually a lot better technically speaking. His vision is good and he's mobile too. Likes the ball ahead of him rather than at his feet. Could be a lot more consistent with his movement to be honest. I wonder whether or not he'd be able to handle the Premiership. But he's certainly a better investment than Dempsey or another season with Benayoun as the potential reward is a lot bigger. The question is however, do we have the time to wait for him to mature into a Premiership player? In my opinion, Holtby's average days aren't anywhere near Rosicky's best days. But Holtby will be more consistent with the tangibles (i.e. goals and assists).
No idea how good this kid is. I'm all for us signing him if we can get a creative midfielder who can make an immediate impact.
This ones refusing to die for some reason. I thought it was dead and buried but just when I thought we were out, they pulled us back in.
Looks like he'll be available for free in the summer. We'd be stupid not to go for him. He's better than Ramsey and Diaby and in fact all of our Cazorla backups.
He is good, but not the special quality we are looking for.
Did you see Isco performance at the San Siro yesterday? Now thats a player we should be splashing out for
This is dangerously close to wishlist material...
(that's a hint)
Is this the level of top top player we are now dreaming of? Cannot imagine any other top 4 team getting excited about him? Neither Shalke nor any of the 2 National squads he could represent are falling over each other for him. Someone please enlighten me as, maybe i am missing something coz i only see an adequate (better than Verm, Theo and Gerv) player.
:\
Would love him. As things currently stand, he'd be starting ahead of Cazorla or would've pushed Cazorla out to the wing.
Just what we need. Another small midfielder with no Premiership experience who will probably be easily bullied off the ball
We need more top class players. Their size and where they have their experience from is of less importance.
Their position however, is. We don't want any more square pegs in round holes. We need direct and fast wide players.
