Probably Tony, its kind of like yoga. I've started an instructors course on it but i'm not sure it was a good choice. Was just wondering if anyone did a lot of it and what they thought about it.
Its a bit of a hard sell. Its kinda past its sell buy date. With TRX, Kettlebells, cross fit, Bootcamp and running camps taking over along with 6 week body transformations.
Its not a big fat burner and 99% of women just want to pay to loose weight. So that's your problem. Generally its the gym rats who do Pilates on top to tons of other training.
It is good for you will strengthen your back and improve core stability. But nobody cares enough to pay to go to core stability classes. They wanna look better.
You kinda have to get on at the start of a wave in the fitness industry. Body weight exercise is being tipped to make a comeback but who knows ? Progresses to this kind of stuff people wanna be able to do.
But nobody knows how to market exercise classes to guys they just dont stick with them.
