You get used to it Bandy. Takes a little while to get back into rythm but once you do it's comes quickly. I think when I started swimming again in 2011 after like 10 years I had to figure out how many strokes I could take between breaths.
At first it was like every stroke because I was out of shape and could barely finish one 30m end to end. After 3 weeks I was breathing every 5 strokes and doing 1.2km non stop.
Mind you that was the first time I was swimming for fitness and doing laps as until I stopped 10 years earlier I'd just be swimming for fun in the deep end, throwing things to the bottom and collecting them and shit like that cuz I was a kid and full of energy.
You just need to build your stamina while keeping an eye on your breathing gradually increasing the number of strokes between breaths. Just push through and you'll get there.

Yeah Willie stop complaining and just pull yourself up by your bootstraps.
Which Middle Eastern country are you in?
Saudi Arabia. There's a reason I was so against the Newcastle takeover aside from the obvious. I already get enough newly converted Liverpool fans just because of Salah, soon everywhere I turn will be Newcastle fans. Really, really hope they go down.
