No, I am perfectly aware of the difference. Personally, I just prefer to eat at maintenance while permanently being around 10-15 percent. That’s where my body set point is, and I don’t really have any interest in being sub 10 percent. I did cut to below that, once, just to see if I could. I can, too much hassle to get there, difficult for me to stay there as my body fights it, mostly a vanity thing anyway in my book.
