How did Milan recover from such a poor season?
They are still a very average side, similar to ours.
Difference is, they recognise their limitations and try to make the most of their abilities. This is a traditional European super power consistently playing 9 men behind the ball, at HOME. Can u honestly see us play that way and execute it perfectly? We have seen the likes of Celtic and Chelsea do it, why can't we we? Because we have got a deluded manager who thinks we can take on the best teams in Europe by playing an attacking game.
Barca are in trouble. Milan nearly knocked them out at the Camp nou last season with virtually the same squad. I'd say this is a 50/50 or probably slightly in Milan's favour, which is unbelievable as I never gave them more than 10% chance to qualify after the draw was made.
I hope Barca still go through though, as I have got this sickening feeling those cunts in Manchester could go all the way to the final if they get past Madrid.
