Nope, but if I'm perfectly honest I can't think of 11 incidents where we should have had a penalty either.
It might be partly related to playing style too. Nationalities in the squad makeup probably play a small part. I'm sure United are given a lot of favours too, intentionally or otherwise. They always have been. But it doesn't really explain City and Chelsea.
I'll say this though: Generally top teams always get favoured by referees, and that includes Arsenal to some degree. At least compared to the Aston Villas and the Sunderlands out there. It's not exactly surprising to see the three league winners from the last three years topping this type of statistic.
