This is untrue, I have something against some Spanish teams and some players, just like I have against some British teams and players.

As they say (I don't know if it's true) that in Chinese the words for 'crisis' and 'opportunity' are the same, so thanks to the Euro crisis, might there be rich pickings for cheap to be had from La Liga?

I think he's trying. Cazorla is a good example. If any other top club outside of Spain had been awake there's no chance in hell we would've gotten to him first. We're at an advanced stage in negotiating for Sahin too. Those two would cost >£50 million under normal circumstances.
