Even when under the age of 11 I just didn't understand why there were so many glory hunters. Were their dads not into footy? I remember going to holiday camps with tons of kids in United shirts with Cantona at the back. Obviously I was too young to be "angry" but it was still bemusing.
Obviously once you've supported a team for 20 years you stick by them. The London ones I know are pretty rock hard now but their hate is clearly in the wrong order compared to the Manc based ones. And they never go to games.
