klopp definitely seems to be waiting for the right situation to take a step up. you'd have to think he'd be perfect for arsenal, and vice versa.

Sell players between clubs for whatever they like 🙂 Obviously there are rules in the MLS which they will need to follow but gives them some room to fiddle the books!

Even if that were logistically possible, and im pretty sure the Yankee's involvement means it isn't, I doubt that any City players are dying to play in the MLS.

Auditing the value of player transfers, sponsorship deals from affiliated companies etc has been clearly stated as within the scope of FFP. So there's probably a sane limit on what they can do there.

the real point of FFP is an initiative by the owners to seize a bigger share of the pie from the players/agents. the rest of it is public relations. they don't care about competitive parity or holding back the commercial juggernauts so that the little kids can play, too.
