Real Madrid having completed the Modric deal could never be bad for us. So much win in that transfer in itself, but if it also in any way helps us to secure Sahin then it is all the more brilliant.

I doubt Arsenal would announce a deal at this time of the day.

There's been some twitter chatter that Sahin was at Colney today and yesterday(but not from the two I trust most).The hiccup(however big or small) in the deal after the weekend seems real now. But I hope it's been resolved. I'm feeling much more positive now than I did last night.

Hopefully we'll have some news tomorrow. We're getting close and closer to the end of the window and we still have a lot of players to shift. Should be a busy week and a half coming up.

Was it about Cazorla playing wide? That could still turn out to be the case long term, you never know.

If M'Vila comes, then I think his transfer predictions have been pretty much spot on this summer.
