This has me wondering, who out of our squad would you trust in a penalty shoot out?

Podolski
Mertesacker (Two Germans)
Arteta
Vermaelen
Van Persie

Wouldn't let Walcott or Gervinho anywhere near one

Van Persie
Santos
Theo
Vermaelen
Arteta
Giroud
Podolski

Gervinho wouldn't take one anyway, remember him in the African Nations? 😆

Theo would be decent, he's confident and a precision finisher.

Reckon Santos would be a good shout too.

Yeah Santos would be ice cool

He'd clip it. Hard to read.

On Ramsey. He won't get much game time this season. He's heading down Denilson boulevard

If we bring in a CM, I think Ramsey will go on loan.

Ramsey definitely won't feature in August, and after that's with Cazorla and Sahin (fingers crossed) on board he will be pushed down the pecking order.
Very difficult for him to work his way back into contention in those circumstances

Ramsey ain't going on loan and he will play. Facht.

If we bring in Sahin on loan and then send Ramsey out on loan that will send a terrible message.

Difficult situation.

and he has been GB's second best player this tournament.

One word for all of you.

Two words in fact:

Injuries, Rotation.

Ramsey is going nowhere

He should have pulled a Bale and lied his way out of this team GB nonsense, its like playing for England, a curse.

That'd actually be pathetic.

He won't play unless we have injuries

Probably not. He was only played towards the end of last season because we had no other choice.
Maybe this season, with the pressure off to some degree and time to learn from from the likes of Arteta and Cazorla he'll turn things around.
Massive challenge for him.

We always have injuries.

You think? I thought Wenger was desperately trying to squeeze him in anywhere he could, only dying to play him. Even stuck him on the left wing.

Agree that having senior players to learn from and play ahead of him should take the pressure off though.

He'll probably only feature off the bench until the cups unless there's a big injury problem.

Track and field it more exciting than this, here comes Ennis

Penalties...
