That may be true (I also hope so), but the other component - that you need to spend some money to get to the top quality level - is still not there. Stability is nice, and our team might actually do better even if we don't spend 70 mil. But - just as a reminder - "Seaman; Cole, Adams/Kown, Sol, Lauren; Ljungberg, Gilberto, Vieira, Pires; Begkamp, Henry" - That is how a top team looks like. Proportions.
So his "new found ruthlessness", ha, is nice, but we need much more than that.
