I did a quick search on wikipedia to see what Dublin is up to nowadays. I found this:

Is it brilliant? I am not artistic so percussion is too deep for me. I just see/hear different kinds of drums/drumming.

Erm, I actually didn't listen to him playing the Dube. I meant brilliant in the sense that he can get away with calling that an invention 🙂

It's just an amplified bongo drum in the shape of a cube. BTW you need to buy the special stand that goes with it.

😆 yup. He recorded it and made the bbc broadcast it straight into my living room in front of friends and family. I have never spoken to him since.
