If he has any ounce of ambition, he should be pushing for a move out. Both Barcelona and Bayern will be interested, he's 28 years old so he doesn't have much time left to win trophies.

He probably wouldn't start in either of those teams. His best bet is to stay at Arsenal if we wants to be a starting CB in high profile games. Might not get a trophy but at least he'd play.

He'd easily start for Barca imo. They haven't got one decent central defender.

If they sign someone Spanish he'd play ahead of Kos regardless. Dunno why any Arsenal player would move there considering the "success" rate. Hleb doesn't give a shit about anything he won there, for instance, he didn't even play.
