Spain haven't upped anything, they've just been given loads of gaps in the terrible Italian defence to exploit.
Yeah, Italy's defence has also been a let down compared to the way they played in the opening group game.
But I think my point still stands, best I've seen Spain play in a long while. And bearing in mind this was a final I expected them to be even more cagey and conservative. Which, in a roundabout way, makes me wonder whether Del Bosque should be praised or hammered for restraining these footballers for most games.
