A sign of sportsmanship Biggus, it's not really fair to score a goal when the opponent has a man lying on the turf (unless you're Sunderland then it's cool).

I was refering to when Metesacker collapsed at Sunderland and they refused to kick the ball out and went on to score.

Not saying teams should do it to Sunderland.

It's just a nice thing to do like kicking the ball to the opposition goalkeeper after an injury on the pitch.
