Kos was great. M'vila did quite well too I thought. Handeled the Spanish pressing, and played some great long balls to Benzema in the first half before the goal, which Benzema couldn't be arsed to chase. Giroud kept being twatted by the Spaniards at every opportunity "oh look, a big guy, let's just fall down around him and we'll get the call". Fair play to Ribery too who tore Arbeloa to pieces whenever he had the opportunity - didn't get it enough though. The 2 RBs made mistakes which cost us the game ultimately. Could have maybe been extra-time now. Spain rarely looked like scoring through their own play.
The subs ruined our flow. We had no rhythm afterwards. Disappointing. I hope Blanc leaves to be honest. He's handled this very talented squad (and we are very talented despite what a lot of posters here like to say) very badly. Maybe he'll be a flop at Spurs anyways.
Spain ran the clock down since their first goal. What a bench of twats. Would have rathered they try to hammer us instead of wasting time.
