Strange Wilshere has not yet been mentioned.
With players fit my assumption would be that Wilshere would play centrally - not necessarily in an advanced role - and Cazorla wide.
All else being equal, and especially if Wilshere can still skip through a congested area like Torvill and Dean rolled into one.
If there's one thing we know about Wenger it's that he likes to stack his front six with creative talent and will put whoever he likes on "the wing" which for us, doesn't really exist that much as a concept anyway (though moreso with the likes of Gervais and Theo in the lineup).
