Those are all legitimate criticisms. His effort level does vary from game to game, and he tends to drift out of matches if he's not seeing the ball regularly.
I don't know - I want to like Theo and he always looks unbelievable when he does score, because his pace is obscene and his finishing is lethal. But as a player in other respects he's basically chopped liver. I think we're better off forgetting him, cashing in and moving on.
I just keep repeating myself though, and doubt there's much more point in talking about it.
