I think he'll go for somewhere between €10-15 million too. Özil and Sahin left Germany for that kind of money and they were better at the time than Kagawa is at the moment. Bundesliga clubs aren't overly concerned with huge transfer fees as long as the players move abroad and stay away from their league rivals.

Well, I've been to Dortmund 100s of times and London is far better in every way, except there is less greenery. It's not even a competition.

And I love Dortmund (or rather dusseldorf).

We all know what Utd & City have to offer a footballer, it's not a secret. I think the point is that we do have SOMETHING to offer a player. If they're only interested in cold hard cash and the chance for trophies, they'll go to Utd or City. And, let's not kid ourselves, in most cases, that will be enough.
